Shop opening times are 9AM-5PM Mon-Sat (exceptions are closed during the match on Saturdays and extend opening time to kick off on evening fixtures).

- Check products in the shopping basket
- When you're ready, click the "Checkout" button
- Sign in using your e-mail address or Register
- Tell us where to deliver it to
- Check your order details
- Choose how you would like to pay.
- Click the "submit your order" button to complete the transaction
- We'll send you an e-mail confirming your order

Standard UK Delivery: £3.99
International Delivery: £14.99
If you place a UK order after 12pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday. For a full list of available postcodes please contact our Customer Service team. If the delivery destination is located in one of these areas, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Personalised goods are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). We cannot guarantee two day delivery times on Personalised items, we will endeavour to get your order to you on time however due to the extended processing time this is not always possible. The total order will be despatched once the goods have been personalised.
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following lines - DVDs, Jewellery, Petwear & Underwear.
Returns should be marked for attention of: Port Vale Shop, Vale Park, Hamil Road, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 1AW. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as Port Vale Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
